Privacy Policy
Prospect Motorsports Group ("PMG," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit any of our sites — prospectmotorsports.com, wiendure.com, heroridealong.com, and friends.prospectmotorsports.com — how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, book a discovery call, or email us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company, and any message you provide.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and tracking tools automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general location derived from your IP address.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and follow up on requested conversations.
- Send you information about our racing program, partnerships, and events when you have asked us to.
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to understand site usage. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — to measure page views, user flows, and traffic sources. Google's practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship platform, which stores contact form submissions and tracks interactions related to our outreach.
- Path3 — an engagement analytics service that measures how visitors interact with our pages.
Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Text Messaging (SMS)
We collect your mobile number when you sign up as a Hero Ride Along participant and opt in to text messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you (such as our analytics, hosting, and email providers), and only to the extent they need it to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Your Choices
You may:
- Ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing nick@prospectmotorsports.com.
- Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Data Retention and Security
We keep the information you provide as long as it is reasonably necessary to answer your inquiries, carry out the partnerships we have discussed, and comply with our legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we store. No method of transmission or storage, however, is completely secure.
Age requirement
Our sites and programs are intended only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our site links to other sites, including our partner sites (wiendure.com, heroridealong.com, friends.prospectmotorsports.com), agency partner sites, and paddock partner sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.
